I have to say I'm a huge fan of the Ultimates series when Millar and Hitch were doing it - it was simply described as wide screen comics!!!! which is so true as no-one not even Jim Lee himself can draw comics that you swear your watching a movie... alas Joe Mads version looks very actiony Loebs alley as per superman/batman books...still cant wait to see what mad has been up to these past 2 years since announcing they were taking over for Ultimates 3.
Side note look out for Ultimates 4 with Ed McGuiness in the near future...

ed is pretty cool his style is like a deformed version of mads but he's totally made it his own!!!
check his work on majestic and superman to be fully convinced!
